About Me
I’m Raushni Chopra, your licensed professional therapist and guide on the path to healing, growth and discovery. With over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals like you navigate life's challenges and find inner peace.
As an Asian-Indian, I grew up in a culture where therapy was unspoken of, mental health was frowned upon, and barely any resources existed for those who did reach out for help. As an adult, I started to learn about trauma and saw that not only does it mean catastrophic events but also the other things that happen along the way that shape us into who we are today. Whether it was enmeshment, abuse, abandonment, or neglect from our childhood, it did impact us somehow. Our dysfunctional relationships today have a lot to do with what our relationship connections were growing up. Learning that there can be healing once we process our pain has been a life-changing experience for me. My hope is that I can walk alongside you while you also take this next step in your healing journey.
