There is also a patient inquiry form below that you can fill out, and we will respond as soon as possible. After scheduling, we will reach out for more details. If you decide to proceed with therapy, you'll receive a link to Hello Alma for onboarding.

  • We use Zoom as our Telehealth platform. You will be sent a link to join for your session once it is scheduled.

  • If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us or leave a message on the number provided at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Any appointments cancelled after 24 hours will be charged $75. Unforeseen emergency situations can be taken into consideration.

    Please note: Your insurance company cannot be charged for failed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice. In these situations, clients are responsible for their entire fee which is $75.
